DMCA Copyright Policy

FreeMetaTools.com ("the Website") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed on our platform.

How to File a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative, and you believe that any material or content hosted on our site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g., link to original content or copy of registration certificate).
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its location (e.g., exact URLs on our platform showing the content).
  3. Your contact details: including your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. A statement of accuracy: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  6. Your physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Counter-Notifications

If your content or material was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous URL location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may send a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace or re-enable the content in 10-14 business days unless they file a court action.
